Bring your designs, photos, drawings, and other visual ideas to life through the Risograph printer. This multi-color printing process has the energy and artisanal quality of screenprinting with the ease of a xerox printer.

On day one we’ll explore the machine basics, using the scanning bed and a digital workflow to create a collaborative multi-layer print.

On day two we’ll focus on bringing individual projects to life! For anyone with prior RISO experience, this can serve as a refresher and a rundown of our specific machine (RZ990).

What To Bring:
-Sketchbook and/or drawing pad
-Preferred Drawing Tools (Ink and brush pens, pencils, charcoal)
-Anything other tools relevant to your practice (laptop, ipad)
-(Optional) Preferred uncoated paper, maximum 100lbs, 8.5”x11” or 11”x17”. However, paper will be provided, no extra charge.

What you’ll leave with:
-At least 5-15 copies of your two color print!
-Authorization to use the Risograph independently through the RISO membership.
