From Procreate to Print

Are you looking to bring your digital work into the real world and print with the vibrant colors of the risograph printer? Then this workshop is for you! Using the iPad drawing software “Procreate,” we’ll learn to properly setup files and explore creating color separations, all while learning to make multi-color prints.

This workshop is beginner friendly, for both risograph printing and Procreate. This course will also authorize you to rent time in the risograph room independently.

Day 1:
-Instructor will demonstrate how to build procreate files, export color separations, and how to bring your files to the printer.
-One on one instructor check-ins where we strategize how to build your two-color project to print on day 2.

Day 2:
-After having a week to make your two color print designs, we’ll reconvene and make sure files are ready for printing.
-We’ll stagger printing projects based on color selections and paper sizes.
-You’ll leave with a finished print!
