Discover the endless possibilities of printing cyanotypes using digital negatives. Bring photograph files on your laptop computer and instructor Susan Murie will teach you the steps for creating negative images on transparencies which you will then print onto sensitized cyanotype paper. You will learn how to create the best images for printing using basic techniques with imaging software such as Preview, Photoshop or Canva. We will also cover an overview of coating paper with cyanotype solution and which papers work best for printing.

Participants will be asked to bring a laptop loaded with imaging software of their choice such as Preview, Photoshop or Canva. A basic knowledge of one of these programs and understanding of how to email images is recommended for this class.
