Cost: $225

Are you an animator or illustrator looking to add a tactile feeling to your work and get your hands dirty? Then this workshop is for you. Together, we’ll build an animated loop (or set up an existing animation of yours to print), we’ll export your sequence for print, we’ll print it in 1-2 colors, and we’ll scan your animation back into your desired animation software.

This class is for those with previous illustration or animation experience. No prior risograph printing experience is required.

Software: We’ll use Photoshop and Procreate.

What To Bring:
-Sketchbook and/or drawing pad
-Preferred Drawing Tools (Ink and brush pens, pencils, charcoal)
-Ipad and/or Laptop
-(Optional) Preferred uncoated paper, maximum 100lbs, 8.5”x11” or 11”x17”. However, paper will be provided, no extra charge.

What you’ll leave with:
-An exported file of your animation
-Prints of your animation
-Authorization to use the risograph independently through the RISO membership.
