Bring dimensionality into your papermaking practice by incorporating printmaking and casting techniques. Learn how to deboss wet sheets of handmade paper using relief blocks as well as casting into dimensional molds. This is a great opportunity to bring in old relief blocks from past printmaking projects as well as molds from previous sculptures. Silicone, rubber or plaster molds all work. Bringing in any dimensional material (rope, wax, metal grates, etc.) have the possibility of working as well!

Techniques
-Pulling thick sheets
-Couching onto plates
-Debossing with the press
